Rewigging:
you send 2 dolls for Mom to swap their wigs: $5
you send 1 doll with a new wig: $5
you send 1 doll without a wig: $30 (includes me buying a wig of you hair color and length)
If I get to keep the extra wig (this does NOT apply to sending 2 dolls or a doll that doesn't have a wig on already. ONLY if you send a doll with a wig on her head and a wig for me to put on her, it will be FREE! This doesn't include shipping costs.), you will get her re-wigged free of charge, not including shipping.
Eye Swapping:
You MUST include 2 dolls heads or whole bodies with heads attached if you are nervous with taking the doll's heads off. I will switch the 2 doll's eyes. Nothing else. I do not paint the irises.
Doll Spa Package: $10 per doll
Includes cleaning the doll's skin, washing, brushing and styling their hair.
Complete Hair Re-Conditioning: $15 per doll
Includes washing, conditioning, curling/straightening, steaming and hair styling.
Partial Hair Re-Conditioning: $10 per doll
Includes washing, conditioning, steaming and hair styling.
Limb Tightening: $10 per doll
Includes tightening of ALL the doll's limbs. We do not re-attach limbs or replace the strings. We only tighten loose limbs.
Face Coloring: $3 per doll
Do you think your doll is loosing her facial color? When was the last time you remember her having facial color? If you have any of these problems, I would suggest getting her face colored again. We do not add more lip or eyebrow paint. We only add color to the doll's pale face.
THE WHOLE DOLL SPA EXPERIENCE! $35
Includes:
- Hair washed and conditioned
- Hair steamed
- Hair straightened or curled
- Styled
- De-Frizzed
- Skin cleaned
- Face colored (if needed)
- Limb tightening
- Nail painting
- All of the hair related services can be replaced with re-wigging instead for an extra $5.

You must get your parents' permission and get them to enclose a cheque payable to Jessica Carvalho.
In the email, you must include EVERYTHING you want. If you want me to buy you a wig, you must specify exactly what color, length and style. Please also let me know if you would like me to cut the doll's hair to a certain length or style. The choices for the wigs are on the link down below.

In the email please write what services you would like, new wig color and length (if needed), and what extras you would like. Do not send cash because it is against the law to send cash in the mail. That is why Mom only accepts cheques.
In the email, please write if you would like the old wig back if you are just sending 1 doll with a wig on.

Any wigs from the other websites won't fit.
All dolls will get their hair washed and skin cleaned if they get re-wigged or if they get their limbs tightened.
If none of these packages include everything you want or some things you don't, email me and I promise you we can work something out. You tell me what you want based on what I offer and I'll give you a price quote.
I try and get the dolls finished as soon as possible because I know how hard it is to send your dolls away. You doll will be kept no longer than 2 to 4 weeks once she arrives.
Sorry, but I am only able to do American Girl dolls. I am not experienced with fixing other brands of dolls.
Prices do NOT include shipping costs. You have to pay to get her to my house and back. When you email me, I can tell you about how much it would be to get her here and back to you. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me. I can better explain specifically what I will be doing to your doll if you are worried. I also take before, during and after photos to send with your doll to you. I also make videos of the 'patients procedure' on YouTube.
